<xsl:when> elementi <xsl:choose> elementi uchun amalni belgilashda ishlatiladi. <xsl:when> elementi ifodani hisoblaydi va agar u true qaytarsa, amal bajariladi.
Eslatma: <xsl:when> elementi bir nechta shartli tekshiruvlarni ifodalash uchun <xsl:choose> va <xsl:otherwise> bilan birgalikda ishlatiladi.
